Thoughts?

Tomorrow is JUNETEENTH but it is also the date that the supposed historic life changing legislation for Black Americans passed the Senate 73-27 on June 19, 1964, and was signed by Lyndon Baines Johnson, The 1964 Civil Rights Bill. Since that day America has truly changed or were the "promises kept"? Or is the check still stamped insufficient funds? If they had enforced the Bill of Rights, 13th, 14th, 15th amendments and the Constitution those civil equity bills in 1964, 1965, 1968 would not have been necessary. JUSTICE IS DEMANDED!
