In 1964, Fannie Lee Chaney, mother of murdered civil rights worker James Chaney spoke about her and her family's commitment to gaining civil rights in the sweltering oppressive state of Mississippi. As we continue to struggle for now human, judicial, and economic equality in these United States. We should never forget those who gave the ultimate sacrifice so that we could reach the levels of achievement we have today. The fact is simple "our black history should never be a black mystery in our communities.
